Jarrod Lim was born in Melbourne Australia and currently resides in Singapore where he runs his studio, focusing primarily on furniture, exhibitions and interiors.In the past Jarrod lived in Milan working for designer, Patricia Urquiola and in London, he worked for SCP, one of the UK's leading designer furniture manufacturers on many of their designs.Jarrod's focus is on developing creative concepts for furniture and products as well as generating exciting spatial designs for interiors, exhibitions and public locations. His multidisciplinary studio also assists companies with brand management, art direction and product development.His designs centre on the 'human experiences' often found in everyday objects and situations. His style is intuitive and very refined but always unique. Exploration of materials and processes, regularly feature in his designs and each piece has its own captivating story to tell.
