Working with a craftsman with 40 years experience in his studio in Birmingham, Edward was able to gain an invaluable insight into the possibilities offered by this traditional skill.The resulting form is simple and SPUN uses the process for all its strength and joining the two sections together with no other need of fixing.

Edward Robinson, British designer, was born in 1986 in Nottinghamshire. Studying Furniture and Product design at Northumbria University and Graduating in 2009 he began his design career by setting up his Studio in his bedroom in London. Whilst showing at New Designers in 2009 he met Thorsten who decided to put his very first product into production.
